Uncontrolled Denominations – the anarchist dumpling-house

A starting point of “Uncontrolled Denominations” was a project organised by Leone Contini in Toskany for citizens and Chinese immigrants. A result was a invention of new, hybrid dumpling. Leone Contini worked in the same way in Milano, London and Delhi (with Tibetan refugees, descendants of immigranst from Nepal and Somali refugees).

The aim of the project is to deconstruct a stereotype of identity with new forms of playing like cooking, experimenting and eating together vegan dumplings.
