Jasny Dom
Krakow, Poland
18:00 08 July - 18:00 19 July 2015

We invite you to the opening of the next exhibition in Jasny Dom in Kraków. Thjis time the “Secession from the Broadcast” by Piotr Bujak – a project is a kind of tribute to Gene Youngblood – one of the key theorists of culture and new media – the essence of which is criticism of mechanisms, objectives and reasons behind the globalized form of distributing information. The whole is offered in a way characteristic for the artist, described by himself as “conceptualism hewn with an axe”.

Jasny Dom (Bright House) is a temporarily artistic space run by the Imago Mundi Foundation, connecting residences with exhibitions, related projects and everything around, through and in between. The Bright House is a reference to the name of one of the first residential buildings in Kraków, whose designer Jan Zawiejski decided to let in a large amount of light through the huge windows, opening the subdued bourgeois interiors to the world and the voices from outside.

The exhibition will be available for viewing by appointment until 19th of July (contact: fundacja@imagomundi.pl).
